This store, run by Arturo De Salvo, is now a guarantee of freshness and genuineness; in addition to the surrounding areas, it boasts an extra-regional clientele, shipping every single product throughout Italy (and beyond). Every day inside the counter you can find fresh Lucanian specialties such as:

Gnummarielli

o Original Lucanian Gnummarieddi. Every week in the counter, fresh in the tradition of Basilicata and Pollino National Park.

Pork

Raised in the semi-wild state according to nature without antibiotics. Also creating fresh sausage from the typical Lucanian quality and authenticity.

Horse Meat

It is also possible to find preparations such as roulades, and even fine horsemeat sausage, also raised exclusively in the area.

Lamb and Kid Meat

Raised according to nature within the National Park, with natural feed from our pristine lands.

Fresh Sausage

Lucana con Peperone macinato I.g.p. di Senise original. With the possibility of choosing and combining spices such as fennel seeds and pepper. (click here)

Typical cheeses from Lucania

The original Canestrato di Moliterno, pecorino, caprino or caciocavallo cheese from Stigliano, cacioricotta or hard ricotta from Episcopia.
