The real Italian sausages of the past
Ours are typical products of Basilicata and Southern Italy. Sausage, soppressata like all other cured meats are created with the same traditional recipes and the same methods handed down by our ancestors. Products according to nature, starting from pig farms grown according to the rules of our supply chain, up to slow maturing with and without cells.
Color is not artificially created through dyes. The shape is irregular as a synthetic casing is not used, but pork casing.
