Also called prosciuttino or culatta, one of the best cured meats to slice for its taste and essence. Culatello De Salvo is 100 percent natural, every production step is taken care of down to the smallest detail so as to achieve top quality. The maturing period is about 12 months. Spiced with natural spices such as ground Senise i.g.p. bell pepper. The meat comes from pigs raised in a semi-wild state without antibiotics.
