Our seasoned pork lard is a high-quality product because it is made with 100% natural ingredients, no preservatives (nitrites and nitrates) and slowly seasoned over a period of 7 to 8 months. The color of the cured meat has very delicate pink hues as does its flavor. Spiced lightly with natural spices such as ground Senise i.g.p. bell pepper. Meat comes from pigs raised in a semi-wild state without antibiotics.
